Southern Style Loaded Fries
Ingredients
- Serving of chips
- 150g diced chicken breast
- 1/2 cup diced bacon
- 1/2 cup chicken gravy
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 diced tomato
- 1/4 cup spring onions
- 3/4 cup cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
Method
Fry off the chips, season with salt and pepper.
Cook off chicken and bacon.
Place in a bowl. Toss cheese, bacon and chicken through chips until cheese melts.
Place in the chips, chicken and bacon in a serving bowl.
Pour chicken gravy over the top of the chips.
Garnish with corn, diced tomato and spring onions.
