It comes after Kelly was reported for engaging in rough conduct against Lavington's Lachlan Gibbons during the Saints' clash with the Panthers on the weekend.
The incident occurred during the third quarter on Saturday.
The Panthers secured the win at Lavington Sportsground by 61 points, handing the Saints their second consecutive loss after starting the season with six straight victories.
Myrtleford has another tough task on its hands when it faces up to Wangaratta at McNamara Reserve this weekend to mark the halfway point of the season.
That will be followed by a clash against Wodonga at John Flower Oval.
The Ovens and Murray tribunal will not be required to sit this week.
