Aspire Support Services purchased the land with a vision to turn it into a "fit for purpose facility" for people navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
But chief executive Nigel Stone said the main goal was to welcome the wider community into the space as well.
"We want to offer more opportunities to people with a disability to live independently from their family and with their peers," he said.
"We also welcome any community groups who are looking for a new home or have ideas on what they could do with the space to talk to us about their ideas.
"It really could become a community hub.

"It is also Aspire's vision to develop a facility that offers a broad range of services and programs which will include training opportunities, developing living skills, social activities and IT programs.
"We are very open minded about what this facility could become and we are very interested to hear from the community about what they want to see as well."
The project is in the feasibility study phase and Mr Stone said they hope to hear from any one looking to get into some disability accommodation.
Mr Stone said the struggles people are having with the NDIS are trying to navigate it.
"We have been analysing the various demands for services across the NDIS for some time and we've identified that customers want a quality, fit for purpose facility to go to every day," he said.
"We see many exciting opportunities will come from the purchase of this land.
"We will be holding discussions with interested parties to develop future partnering opportunities."
The organisation don't have a timeline for when anything will be built on the block but said a "concept design has already commended with an architect engaged" to assist in the initial planning stages.
