During July she will offer Meraki's first children's cooking classes to coincide with the school holidays.
"Children will eat healthier if they make it themselves," Jacquie said.
"That doesn't mean it has to be broccoli; we make our own chicken nuggets and our healthier lasagne has a cauliflower sauce instead of using bechamel sauce."
After the first class sold out, Mini Meraki Cooking Class 2 will run for children aged 6 to 12 on Thursday, July 11, from 9-10.30am.
Jacquie said she had been filing away ideas under "Meraki" - which meant doing something with soul, creativity or love - for three years.
"I had started school kitchen gardens but I knew I really wanted to cook," she said.
Meraki Produce offers about 30 dishes - think Tuna Bake with Hidden Veg, Healthier Lasagne and School Snack Packs.
They will soon offer meal collection points across Albury-Wodonga.
Mini Meraki Cooking Class 2 tickets are via Eventbrite.
