The Bulldogs were at their ruthless best as they kicked nine goals to none in the opening term with Ash Murray creating mayhem.
He finished with 12 majors to take his season tally to 89 from just 10 matches.
Bullioh put together four strong quarters by kicking nine, nine, eight and seven goals with co-coach Hamish Clark saying it was difficult to fault the performance.
"We played pretty well, but Tumbarumba isn't a team that just rolls over," Clark said.
"They still had a crack.
"We might have dropped off a bit after half-time."
Alex Freeman was a fine contributor in the ruck for Bullioh, with midfielder Aaron Gordon also prolific around the packs.
Joe Bolton, Josh Walters and Luke Rafferty picked up plenty of possessions.
Tumbarumba were best served by Will Brooksby and Quinn Rooney.
In another sad day for the league, the closest match of the round was Corryong's 117-point victory over Border-Walwa.
The Demons stormed clear early with Mitch Harris kicking 10 goals in a best afield performance.
Evan Nicholas kicked three majors after playing a game for Barnawartha last weekend while Peter Jeffries and Jayden Downs were also effective.
Chris Spicer and Jole Hoffmann tried hard for Border-Walwa.
Cudgewa dismantled Federal by 151 points.
The Blues were on fire in the first-half with Mitch Pynappels picking up possessions at will and Brendan McEvoy and Ben Hall dominating inside 50-metres.
Big Keiran Brennan toiled hard for Federal.
Cudgewa and Bullioh will clash on Saturday for the minor premiership with the winner to secure a home final.
They are separated by two premiership points.
