Jarrod Redcliffe and Tyson Harris have been selected for Vic Country, while Zach Pearce, Heath McDonald and Jack Stevens will feature for NSW/ACT.
It's the third straight year in the Vic Country squad for Redcliffe and Harris.
Both have been previously named in the All-Australian team - Harris in 2017 and Redcliffe in 2017 and 2018.
This year's carnival will be the fourth for Stevens as a NSW/ACT player.
Pearce played for NSW/ACT last year for the first time, while McDonald will make his state debut.
ALSO IN SPORT:
The carnival officially commences on Monday with the opening ceremony.
Each team will then play seven matches across Tuesday and Wednesday, consisting of two seven-minute halves.
Unlike traditional AFL, there's only 12 players on the ground per team, but matches are still played on a full-sized field.
The competition splits into two divisions on Thursday and Friday, with matches of four 10-minute quarters and finals to finish.
When they're not on the field, players will be involved in recovery sessions, team meetings and education sessions.
All players will complete a lap of honour at the GWS Giants' clash with Collingwood at Giants Stadium on the Saturday to conclude the carnival.
Action gets under way at Blacktown International Sportspark at 11am Tuesday.
