The water tower redesign was a part of wider improvements to the park by Edward River Council.
Cam Scale told the council he wanted to "capture the fun of life as a kid in the country' through the artwork, being around the camp fire with friends".
Work began on the tower on July 3 and was completed within 17 days.
MORE SILO AND MURAL ART:
The artwork curves all the way round the tower.
"As the sky curves around the tower, the dark colours blend into lighter greens and yellows suggesting morning has come with a Kookaburra in a gum tree perched ready for the day," Scale told council.
