Detective Acting Sergeant Justin Foots said he was charged with the burglary and theft of multiple motorbikes and equipment between June 28 and 29 at the Island Road property.
The man made no application for bail and will appear in the Wodonga Magistrates Court on Monday.
"He was also charged with two counts of theft of a motor vehicle, committing an indictable offence while on bail and contravening bail conditions," Detective Foots said.
"A Murray Fab 7x5m trailer, Stihl MS 391 organge chainsaw, Yamaha YFM 700 Kodiak blue quadbike and a Yamaha TTR 125 blue motorbike is still missing."

"It's left me feeling vulnerable, not just me but my whole family," the man said on July 1.
"These people have hit us not once, but several times.
"I went out there on the Saturday morning and as I was driving down the road I noticed my gate was opened.
"I'd been burgled recently.
"Just a sick feeling came over me.
"I knew instantly what happened."
The man - who asked not to be named - had secured gates and sheds with three locks, which were damaged by the thieves.
He believes those responsible may have scoped out the property before the offence.
Wodonga police are seeking information that may assist in the recovery of the stolen goods.
