The Saints trailed by five points, before launching a five goal to one blitz to post a 12.10 (82) to 9.9 (63) win.
Ryley Sharp produced a season-best game with six goals.
"Ryley had a really big game, he was outstanding," older brother and coach Jake said.

"The most pleasing aspect was Raiders had outplayed us for three-quarters, but it was the ability to hang in there and eventually get on top," Jake Sharp said.
The home team started the match with two goals, but from there Raiders kicked eight of the next 13.
Coach Jarrod Hodgkin continued his stellar recent form, racking up a stack of possessions, while Lachie Flagg kept Doug Strang Medal leader Lachie Dale goalless, although he went off late with an ankle injury.
The visitors also led by five points at half-time with the third quarter dominated by the defences as both teams could manage only 1.3.
The final term was crucial for both teams as Myrtleford desperately needed the win, given it's got the toughest run home of the quartet striving to sneak into the top three over the final three rounds.
And a Raiders' win would have vitually knocked out Wangaratta Rovers in their battle for fifth spot.
But Ryley's Sharp's strong effort, which saw him equal his season-high six majors against Wodonga in round two, proved the difference in the tight contest.
Ruckman Tom McDonagh had a blinding game with his leap a constant worry, while Ryley Sharp and his twin Brady were superb, joining co-captain Matt Dussin and Liam Harrington.
Regular defender Zach Rouse kicked three goals after landing only four for the season heading into the round 15 clash.
Connor Newnham and Daniel Bowles also kicked two apiece.
Rouse and Brad St John were others to feature.
Both teams play on the first weekend of the split round.
Raiders will be looking for a percentage-boosting win over a battling Corowa-Rutherglen to ward off Rovers, who will also be chasing a thumping win over another struggling side in Wodonga on August 10.
Myrtleford is away to Wangaratta.
