Corowa-Rutherglen veteran Jamie Seymour says the search for consistency is more important than his 200-game milestone away to Wodonga Raiders on Saturday.

The 32-year debuted in 2004 and has spent the majority of his career with the Roos, apart from Rutherglen (2010) and Wahgunyah (2015-17).

Seymour started in a forward pocket, earning the nickname 'Scooter'.

"It used to be because of my pace, it's diminishing very quickly," he laughed.
"If we play four quarters of Corowa-Rutherglen footy, we're hard to play against."
