"It will be good to pit ourselves against the best, so we're looking forward to it," Maw said.
"Obviously they're the benchmark in the competition."
ALSO IN SPORT:
Maw is hoping to have the same line-up as the one that took to the pitch for a hard clash last weekend against Albury United.
Consistency is now the side's focus heading into the final stages of the season.
"What let us down at the start of the year was some lapses in concentration which led to us losing games," Maw said.
"Our target for the second half of the year has been to turn those games around, and so far it's been good."
Albury City currently hold fourth spot on the competition's ladder.
Albury City and Wangaratta City will meet at 3pm on Sunday at Jelbart Park.
