The woman was driving on the Riverina Highway when she lost control of her vehicle near the intersection of Waterview Road, about 7.30pm on Wednesday.
The incident, which occurred in a 100km/h zone, led to the vehicle tipping onto its side.
The woman was unable to free herself and had to be removed by emergency workers.
She was injured.
Police said the woman wasn't intoxicated.
