The premiership player has racked-up five games for Yarrawonga's A-grade side this season, as well as lining up in B-grade.
Jones now resides in Melbourne and spent last year in the Murray league but made the decision to travel home this season.
"It's always good to be back around the club," Jones said.

A-grade players must play six games a season to qualify for finals, with Jones planning on playing the final two rounds.
However, the midcourt player said she's likely to remain in B-grade heading into finals.
Yarrawonga's A-grade side are just in the top five and face North Albury and Rovers to keep their finals dreams alive.
"I find finals are the best time of the year," Jones said.
"There's more to the game because you're fighting for that one day of the year in the grand final.
"It's where yourself and your team play harder."
