Loy, who returned from an 18-month suspension earlier this month landed his first winner at Moruya on Sunday.
The talented hoop on Tuesday combined with trainer Ron Stubbs to take out the $22,000 Maiden Plate, (1175m) aboard Spinher.
Despite being trapped three-wide for most of the sprint trip, Loy sat patiently aboard Spinher until 300m from home.

Once he released the brakes, Spinher showed a devastating turn of foot to quickly put the race beyond doubt.
The lightly raced Spinher was resuming from a 25-week spell but had the benefit of two recent trials.
"I was lucky enough to ride her in both her trials and was very confident coming into today," Loy said.
"Full credit to Ron who I regard as a very astute trainer.
"When his horses are right they are never far off the mark.
"Even though I was stuck three wide I was always confident that I was on the best horse in the race.
"I think she is a classy horse in the making and showed that today with her turn of foot.
"Hopefully she can go on with it now."
Loy notched a double after Hail The Hero saluted in the $22,000 Benchmark 58 Hcp (1600m) for trainer Donna Scott.
Hail The Hero was ridden a treat by Loy who chimed in three-wide up the home straight and forged clear over the final furlong.
Scott also landed a double after Carano saluted earlier in the day.
