Miles Rowe, 34, became incensed during a recent appearance before Albury Local Court.
Rowe had been involved in multiple drunken scuffles with police and was awaiting sentence following guilty pleas.
Appearing from Junee jail, Rowe said he had been falsely accused.
When magistrate Rodney Brender noted he had already admitted to the various charges, Rowe began screaming into the video link.

"You need to be very f---ing careful mate," he told the magistrate.
His language was so vulgar, he was put on mute but continued to rant.
"You should be ashamed to be a f---ing judge," he said after the audio resumed.
"You should be ashamed.
"What a f---ing mess, hey.
"You think this is the confines of war?"
Rowe walked out of the room but Mr Brender appeared unfazed, and jailed the 34-year-old for a minimum 10 months, maximum 15 months.
He had been convicted of some matters after failing to appear in court.
The court heard Rowe drank up to 50 drinks a day.
His most recent offence involved a bizarre attempt to torch a sleeping bag on a war memorial at QEII Square on May 22.
Security cameras filmed him walking over and trying to light the sleeping bag multiple times about 8.05pm before smashing a bottle of wine on it.
Three teens confronted him about 20 minutes later but he kept trying to set it on fire, without much luck.
He violently resisted and swore while being arrested.
It followed a similar drunken incident at Albury Train Station on May 3 where he fought with security and police.
A member of the public had to help subdue him, and Rowe spat at officers and on the walls of the police station.
He was also involved in an incident at Kings Cross on May 12, which again involved swearing at police.
Row bared his teeth and bulged his neck veins after being arrested, and was found with a knife.
