Police have laid more charges against a Myrtleford man following a string of break-ins at Bright.

John Ramia, 53, was released from court on a corrections order on Thursday after being charged with a cafe break-in from the night before.
But police took him back into custody after allegedly linking him to about seven other burglaries targeting businesses since August 5.

Police raided his home on Thursday and allegedly uncovered a variety of stolen items.
Ramia was again interviewed and released on bail.
He will return to Wangaratta court on October 7.
Senior Sergeant Doug Incoll said investigations were ongoing.
"These offences can and do occur from time to time and people need to take measures as much as possible to prevent them from occurring," he said.
