After six, smashing Asian-inspired dishes were served as part of the pop-up series, the South Albury eatery offered a scrumptious Baked Gnocchi with Pork and Chestnut Ragu last month.
A ramen theme will be on the menu for the eighth dinner series coming up soon.
Ebden & Olive co-owner and head chef Jodie Jones (formerly Broadgauge and SourceDining) said the dinner series had been a popular addition to their daily take-home meal offerings, delicatessen and bespoke catering.
"We're going back to Asia with the next one but we may do European again in future," she said.
Having established Ebden & Olive with partner Steve Carne three years ago, Jones said diners were seeking chef-prepared meals to eat in their own homes.
She said they had 15 to 20 options such as pies, soups and tarts.
"Our food is all made on the premises, there are no additives or preservatives and it's all prepared artisan-style, not mass produced," Jones said.
