NRMA motoring executive general manager Nell Payne officially launched chargers at the submarine town and Jugiong this week.
"We were very excited to open the 22nd NRMA universal fast charger in Holbrook - in fact when we arrived for the launch somebody was there using it," she said.
"We know 86 per cent of all domestic tourism is done by road, and we want to make certain as electric vehicles become more common on roads, rural and regional Australia are not forgotten.
"We've had some great partners in the councils."
Greater Hume Council agreed to a five-year lease for the charging station at the end of last year.

The investment by NRMA is part of a goal to ensure that people travelling to Sydney, Melbourne and the ACT are within 100 kilometres of a charging point.
"This is a universal charger and it should do all cars, if you have a Tesla you have to have an adapter capable, but most Tesla drivers are usually across that," Ms Payne said.
"A good rule of thumb is it will do 300 kilometres' worth of charge in roughly 30 minutes, which is different to the home or destination chargers which can take three to six hours.
"You can get ultra-fast chargers which will go faster than what we've installed, but they're significantly more expensive ... we're concentrating on range."
The additions by NRMA add to Chargefox stations at Barnawartha and Euroa, which can deliver more than 300 kilometres of range in 15 minutes.
