Cameron McNeill says Barnawartha has never been better placed to thwart the recent dominance of Thurgoona.
Since 2016 the Bulldogs have simply been a class above their league rivals - contesting their fourth straight decider after having claimed back-to-back flags in 2016-17.
The Bulldogs are a raging favourite to claim a fourth flag in three seasons after winning the minor premiership and scoring a comfortable second semi-final victory.
But McNeill is confident the Tigers have never been better equipped to expose any chinks in the Bulldogs' armour.
"This will be our first real crack at Thurgoona, with a full, healthy list," McNeill said.
"That's all we wanted.
"We are going in with a heap of confidence."

The Bulldogs have inflicted 71, 65 and 31 points against the Tigers so far this season.
But there have been excuses.
None bigger than Tiger coach Peter Cook missing the first two encounters.
The Tiger sharpshooter was also kept goalless in the second semi-final with rumours circulating he was struggling with a back complaint.
"You can call them excuses but scoreboards don't lie and Thurgoona was better on the day," McNeill said.
"It will be the same on Saturday - the better team is going to win.
"We are going in as strong as possible and you won't be hearing any excuses come 5pm Saturday if we get beat."
Thurgoona boasts a star-studded line-up with coach Brett Doswell alongside Jayden Kotzur, Josh Maher, Kade Brown, Jamarl O'Sullivan and Matt Fowler having a wealth of O&M experience.
McNeill rated the Tigers list just as highly.
"They have got the big name players that have got a lot of O&M experience," he said.
"But we have got our own stars that mightn't attract the same accolades as some of the Bulldogs do.
"But as far as I'm concerned our list is as strong or if not stronger."
McNeill said the Bulldogs superior ball use was their biggest asset.
"There's no doubt they have got great ball winners and great ball users," he said.
"The Bulldogs' greatest strength is their use of the football - not so much their clearance work."
"I'd back in our midfield to break even in the clearances but they have got some quality ball users.
"What I have found against the Bulldogs is they hurt you on the turnovers.
"So we just have to apply enough pressure to their good ball users to hurt them on the rebound."
