After being scouted through Facebook the 24-year-old has gone from Henty to touring the country.
But no matter what she was doing or where she was on the road the Henty Machinery Field Days was always on her agenda.
Ms Scheuner has been performing three times a day each day of the field days doing a hoola hooping routine.
"I started touring with the circus in March but they knew I wasn't available this week, I made sure that was written into my contract," she said.
"Henty is home and being on the road all the time I get really home sick so coming back home and being part of the field days, like I have my whole life, is something I really enjoy.
"The crowd are very different here compared to the ones we get at the circus.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"I would probably describe them as warm, and are really encouraging because they don't get to see circus acts in rural towns very often so showing them what I can do is pretty cool.
"Dad is on the committee so I am here pretty early and pretty late each day."
Ms Scheuner said growing up on the main road of Henty, the weeks leading up to the field days were "always exciting".
"Watching all the trucks roll up and start arriving through the week was a pretty exciting time as a kid growing up here," she said.
"And then once field days rolled around seeing all the cars lined up to get in was pretty cool.
"It is just great to show off our home town as well as bringing a lot of people together.
"The field days are incredible and definitely my favourite week of the year."
Despite being successful as a hoola hoop performer, Ms Scheuner said it wasn't "by choice".
"I was actually a tumbler," she said.
"I went to school at the Flying Fruit Fly Circus in Albury and it wasn't until I hurt myself that I took up the hoola hoops as a way to fill in the time.
"And now this is what I do full time and I love that I can show that off back in my home town."
Ms Scheuner is just one of the many performers entertaining crowds at Henty over the three days.
