The 23-year-old Wangaratta woman, who was named Miss Fashion Week Australia 2020 last week, said she hopes she can help young girls "feel great in their skin".
In the first title win of her young career, Miss Dillow will now represent Australia in the adult category in Dallas, Texas in November at the International Miss Fashion Week competition.
"I was pretty blown away to be named the winner," she said.
"The Miss Fashion Week Australia competition really promotes body confidence and is really inclusive of every body.
"There are three sections; petite, runway and curvy, and I compete in the curvy section.

"I hope young girls look at this competition as a place they can feel beautiful in their own skin and really improve their body confidence.

Miss Dillow said as part of her prize flights and accommodation are paid for as well as receiving some coaching in the lead up.
"The competition is the same as the national one but to be representing my country on the world stage is pretty incredible," she said.
"I am the first Australian winner to be competing in the curvy section in Dallas which I think is really special.
"It just goes to show that you can do whatever you want to do."
Miss Dillow holds the title for 12 months and said the the friendships she has made are from across the country.
"It is pretty great to have friends from all parts of Australia," she said.
"I met a few of the girls who went to Dallas last year as well so that was nice to pick their brain a bit."
Miss Dillow will compete in Dallas on November 1 and 2 with sections which include formal wear and active wear as well as an interview.
"It is just really exciting," she said.
