The initiative showcases everyday women rather than professional athletes, and more will feature in new TV advertisements to air in 2020.
Border counselling and wellness coach Candice Marzano was part of the panel and shared her personal health transformation.
"It doesn't matter how fast you go or what you do, it's stepping out of your comfort zone," she said.
VicHealth's This Girl Can Manager Melanie Fineberg said the initiative had directly encouraged 400,000 Victorian women to work up a sweat since the campaign launched in March last year.
"It's brilliant to see that one in five Victorian women have been inspired by the campaign to set aside their fears of judgement and intimidation to get more active," she said.
"You can't be what you can't see - This Girl Can - Victoria is the opposite of 'fitspo' influencers who make us feel like we're not good enough.

Ms Fineberg, who attended the forum in Wodonga, encouraged women in the North East to submit their stories.
"We want to hear from women who've ever felt intimidated to join a sports team or were worried about being heckled going for a jog in the park, but who now stare down their inner and actual critics and get active anyway," she said.
"Your experiences can help inspire other women to discover the incredible benefits of being active - we want to create a Victoria where every woman truly can."
People are asked to respond to a questionnaire and upload a short video at www.thisgirlcan.com.au.
Submissions close at 4pm tomorrow, Thursday September 26.
