After spending 15 years in the top position, Clancy will hand over the reins at the association's annual general meeting later this month.
She previously spent three years as vice-president and has been on the committee for 30 years.

"I've enjoyed making a lot of friends among the clubs," Clancy said.
"Everywhere I go someone comes and says hello.
"It's a good league and the delegates over the years have been fantastic."
Clancy has seen major change during her time on the committee with the inclusion of Holbrook from the Tallangatta league as well as the arrival of several Coreen league clubs.
"The administration side has changed a lot with all the logistics," she said.
"Umpiring has changed a lot as well and there are a lot more teams playing.
"We are a lot bigger competition these days."
