Recontracted senior coach Vince Moran will be supported by Brent Mayne and Jake Spargo, while Aidan Ryan has retained the captaincy.
After dominating the 2018-19 season in A and B grade, dropping just two games in both prior to finals, the Rangers failed to reach either decider.
Mayne said Moran accepted a new contract to try and finish what he started.

"This year he's (Moran) decided to bring on a couple of assistants to give him a hand, because he's obviously still playing," Mayne said.
"We'll get around to the other grades and see who's pushing for higher selection.
"It's the first time the club has had an assistant for a long time."
Spin bowler Kane Smiley returns to the club after a season off and will be in contention for round one at home against Dederang on October 12.
