The red Hyundai hatchback had been leaving the Delany Avenue property when the rollover occurred about 8am.
Leading Senior Constable Colin Boyle, of Wangaratta Highway Patrol, said Bright State Emergency Service members had to remove the roof to allow ambulance officers access to the driver.
"She's clipped a rock in her garden bed to the side and caused the vehicle to roll," he said.
"It ended up on its side.
"It's just one of those things."

Police, Country Fire Authority, SES and Ambulance Victoria attended the incident, which took about two hours to resolve.
"It was fairly protracted due to the fact we couldn't access her until the roof was removed," Leading Senior Constable Boyle said.
The woman was taken to hospital for observation.
