A three-year, $300,000 deal between The Liverpool Catholic Club and Golf NSW has been struck which makes the tournament the richest event of its type in Australia and New Zealand.
This year's event will carry a purse of $120,000.
"It's just fantastic to have the event for six years at the one venue in regional NSW," Golf NSW chief executive officer Stuart Fraser said.
"The support we get from Liverpool Catholic Club and Albury City Council is fantastic from a financial perspective, but there is also support from the general community who want to see the greats of the game all in one spot."
The tournament will run from October 25 to 27 and is set to attract big names including Peter Senior, Peter Lonard, Craig Parry and Rodger Davis.
Perth-based Kiwi Michael Long will defend his crown.
Long claimed $18,000 after edging out Peter Senior in last year's tournament.
"The Seniors Tour is growing in Australia," Fraser said.
"This is the largest event prizemoney-wise on the Ladbrokes Legends Tour by quite some way, and we look forward to working with the Liverpool Catholic Club to continue to grow the event."
A highlight of the week is An Evening with the Pro's which will be held on the Wednesday evening before the first day's play on Friday.
Former Test cricketer Merv Hughes will host the function with Davis, Lonard and Mike Harwood involved.
