Initially, the case against Kevin Michael Kennedy was going to be adjourned until late November.
But magistrate Richard Funston agreed with a police submission that it would be best for the next date to match that one of Kennedy's co-accused.
With that, Kennedy's matters were put over to October 28.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Defence lawyer Jack Murray told Mr Funston that he could confirm that the brief of evidence against Kennedy had been served.
He asked for an adjournment date of November 11 to allow for charge certification, which in turn would allow the matters to proceed to either a committal for trial or sentence, depending on the plea.
The court recently heard that one of the other set of charges was likely to be ready by November 11.
At the time, magistrate Rodney Brender was told that while the matters individually were not complex, the sheer number of offences - 41 separate property crimes were involved - meant an unknown length of time was still required to finalise the brief.
This brief involved, the prosecution previously said, "large volumes" of CCTV footage from "numerous different locations".
Kennedy remains in custody bail refused and was not required to appear this week via a video link.
Bail was not applied for and so was formally refused by Mr Funston.
Kennedy was one of three men initially wanted by police over a crime spree across Albury and Wodonga.
