The star Wodonga bowler enjoyed wins against Norfolk Island and Isle of Man yesterday to improve her record to five wins and one loss.

After a bye in the morning, Whitehead started off the third day of competition with a hard-fought 3-13, 10-8, 3-2 result against her nearest rival Norfolk Island.
It was the first time in the tournament Whitehead had dropped the opening set, but she managed to turn her fortunes around and win in a tie-break.
Whitehead remained focused for her final game of the day, beating Isle of Man convincingly, 11-4, 15-3, to stay in the box seat for a finals berth.
Sectional play continues for Whitehead today with a clash against second-ranked Hong Kong-China, with her second bye to follow.
