A tantrum over a welfare form that led to a Wodonga man assaulting a security guard then smashing mirrors on parked cars will have him facing sentence in Albury next month.

Ronald McGillvray's behaviour was so threatening in Albury's Centrelink office that a fearful staff member activated a duress alarm directly linked to NSW Police.
He was eventually arrested while sitting on a bus in David Street, Albury Local Court has heard.
McGillvray was handcuffed without incident, but on arrival at the Albury police station he began directing aggressive behaviour towards every officer he could see.
The 26-year-old continually made threats to several officers, including threatening to bash them "outside of work"
"I can't wait to get out of here," he told one female officer.
"I'm gonna find you all and shoot you all in the head."
McGillvray then directed the next comment specifically at the same officer.
"I'm going to find you and I'm going to bash you."
McGillvray, who is in Bathurst jail bail refused, pleaded guilty to common assault, three counts of destroy or damage property, affray and intimidate police officer without actual bodily harm.
Magistrate Rodney Brender adjourned sentencing to December 10, when McGillvray will represent himself in a contested hearing on a charge of stalk or intimidate.
The court was told that McGillvray went into the Centrelink office in Wilson Street on August 2 about 4pm.
He began filling in some paperwork and then suddenly became agitated.
McGillvray snatched the paperwork off a staff member and threw it into the face of a security guard.
"The accused has then put his hands up in a fighting stance in front of the victim."
McGillvray went to leave the building, but a staff member had accidentally left the front electric sliding doors closed and locked.
An angry McGillvray reacted by kicking the doors from the inside, with such force that the doors jumped out of some holding brackets.
When he got out the front, he turned around and kicked the windows, but frustrated that these didn't break he returned to kicking the doors.
The estimated damage bill was $5000.
