Leah Dodd scored six of the Sharks nine goals, with Phebe McLeod, Jodie Millett and Sally Lefoe all claiming a single.
Brooke Dickie contributed well in defence,.
Pool Pirates' Mia Duryea and Sally Purvis claimed two goals each, while Rosanna Youings, Georgia Polkinghorne and Sam O'Connell rounded out the score for the day.
Sharks also had a win in the men's competition, defeating Northside 14-8.
Ben Douglass and Ollie Cooper were best for Sharks, while Trent Remington, Tyson Mutsch and Elih Mutsch were solid for Northside.
