It will mark the first occasion the two sides have met since last season's grand final.
Rand skipper Bryce Swift admitted there's likely to be a target on the reigning premiers given the club's success over the past seven seasons.
"There'd probably have to be, but it's a pretty even competition which is good," Swift said.
"You never really know who's going to win on the day.

"They (Walbundrie) have been playing some pretty good cricket, so it'll be a pretty tough game I'd say.
"We unfortunately lost the first game which is never good, but we haven't lost since."
While the visitors will have to take to the field without Brayden Lieschke, they will welcome the inclusion of handy bowler Darcy McFarland into the side for the first time this season.
Swift praised the efforts of the Lieschke brothers who have hit form over the last few rounds.
"Dan's been bowling really well and so has Brayden," Swift said.
"Clint Ralston is just starting to make some runs too which is good."
The visitors are heading in wary of Walbundrie all-rounder Alex McMaster, who has led the way in the side's charge this season.
"He has been doing a fair bit for them, so we have to be careful of him," Swift said.
The grand final rematch will be played on Walbundrie's home turf.
