An Albury man said he won't be knocking off early from work, despite winning more than $500,000 in Saturday's Tattslotto.

The man purchased the winning ticket from Wangaratta Lotto Card and Tobacconist and won a total of $577,792.94.
"I'm honestly just ecstatic. I'm in la la land," he said.

When asked if he'd be knocking off early today, the man said he'd see the day through.
"I'll keep working, that's for sure," he said.
"One thing I'll definitely be doing is taking a holiday.
"I certainly haven't had enough of those over the years. The rest, I have no idea. I'm really going to have to think about it!"
