In what shapes as a competitive betting race, Heavenly Emperor is the early $3.10-favourite.

The Mick Price and Michael Kent (Jnr) trained Starouz is rated the biggest danger to the favourite.
Starouz is also a last-start winner at Morphettville Parks and is a $4.40 chance.
Trainer Craig Widdison is going to have to cause a major boilover if he is to add his name to the honour roll.
