Loy will saddle-up just the one runner in Waiting For A Mate on his home track.
Waiting For A Mate hasn't won for almost 12 months after several city runs this year.

Loy said his grey galloper gets into a winnable race in the $12,000 Benchmark 58 Hcp, (900m) with Blaike McDougall booked to ride.
"He looks to be a class above his rivals," Loy said.
"He has a few hurdles to overcome in top-weight of 62kg and the widest barrier in the 10 horse field.
"But it is only over the 900m and he is a very smart horse and there is no substitute for class.
"He is top-weight for a reason and Blaike is happy to be on board and no doubt would have had the choice of a few other runners."
Waiting For A Mate finished at the tail of the field at his most recent run at Flemington over the carnival.
"He had a bit of a wind virus after his Flemington run and you just have to forget it."
