Riverina captain Tom Johnson struck 108 in an 81-run opening stand with Mitch Dinneen (35), while teenager Michael Grohmann posted 44 at number three.
Co-coach Jack Craig then slaughtered the visitors' attack, smashing an unbeaten 62 from only 31 balls, with six boundaries and three sixes in the total of 3-266.
The match was over when Lavington slumped to 8-88, but number eight Darcy I'Anson (50 from 49 balls) and Ryan Brown (39 from 32) added some respectability.
