One net will be open for public, with the remaining three locked for club use.
The locked wickets have retractable netting and can be used as a larger space.
The project received an $80,000 grant from Sport and Recreation Victoria's cricket facilities fund, Wodonga Council gave $20,000, while Belvoir Cricket Club and Cricket Albury-Wodonga also put forward $20,000.

In-kind support was provided by the club, including demolition of the previous playground at the site.
"It's fantastic that the local cricket clubs, in conjunction with Cricket Albury-Wodonga, work well with the council," CAW chairman Michael Erdeljac said.
"This has always been a council initiative to upgrade all the facilities.
"On any given weekend, there's 3500 to 4000 people involved with cricket from Friday night to Sunday afternoon and that makes us the largest summer sport."
Kelly Park is the third facility to receive an upgrade, following Wodonga's Les Cheesley Oval and Baranduda Recreation Reserve in the past three years.
"All of these nets needed doing and they've been the last three years of Cricket Albury-Wodonga's work," Wodonga Council sport and recreation manager Liona Edwards said.
"Now that they're completed, all the facilities are up to an adequate standard."
Stage one of the Birallee Park upgrade, including the cricket centre of excellence, is nearing completion.
