The Spiders moved to within three points of sixth-placed Kiewa by posting their third victory in the past four weeks.
Bethanga could only manage 112 after winning the toss and batting with Luke Rafferty (49) standing tall against Aaron (3-15) and Ebony (2-8) Hoskin and Marcus Reid (2-17).
The home team made light work of the chase with Aaron Hoskin (54 not out) and Tim Seymour (34 not out) seeing it to an eight-wicket victory.

Howlong coach Ryan Withers said the Spiders were playing with confidence.
"We're in pretty good form," Withers said.
"The last two weeks we have scored over 300 runs and only lost five wickets.
"I's all coming together with our bowlers sticking to their plans as well."
Dederang run machine Andrew Creamer guided his team to an exciting three-wicket win over Corowa at Dederang.
Chasing 176, Creamer made 95 off 99 deliveries with a late partnership with Nathan McLean (29) proving the difference between the sides.
Creamer hit 10 boundaries and two sixes.
Mt Beauty's powerful batting order steered it to a 55-run win over Baranduda.
Daniel Saville (80), Greg McLennan (34), Ashan Ranaweera (21), Davison Mbindi (37) and Ross Wilson (38 not out) were all in the runs while Baranduda relied too heavily on Brett Allan (41).
Yackandandan defeated Barnawartha-Chiltern and Kiewa beat Eskdale.
