A drug and alcohol bus was in Wodonga on Sunday, as Wodonga Highway Patrol teamed up with state police officers as part of Operation Roadwise, running across the Christmas and new year period.

Police tested more than 1500 drivers for alcohol and a further 50 for drugs, but said they were happy with the behaviour of drivers on the Border.
The campaign is aimed at reinforcing positive driver behaviour and reducing the incidence of road trauma.
