Lavington paceman Ryan Brown will make his NSW Country debut, while Wodonga co-coach Jack Craig and Tallangatta all-rounder Fraser Ellis will play their first games for Victoria Country.
The titles start in Toowoomba on Friday.
Meanwhile, Brock-Burrum's Catherine Wood will round out the debutants in the women's titles, which start on Sunday.
It's only the fifth season of the female championships and for Wood, who turned 34 on December 27, it carries extra significance given the all-rounder never had the chance to play in her early years.
"I'm really excited, it's such an incredible opportunity and something I really wanted to do so much more when I was younger, so I'm going to grab it and run," she said.
It's such an incredible opportunity and something I really wanted to do ... when I was younger.
- Catherine Wood
Wood was a pace bowler while representing NSW at under 17 and 19 level.
"I've managed to hold my end up playing with the men (at Brock-Burrum), I believe I'm going in as a batting all-rounder," Wood said.
"I've just been told I might get to open in a couple of games, it will be interesting where they put me, I'm willing to go wherever they want me."
NSW will start its campaign against South Australia.
In the men's, it will be the the first time CAW has had three players involved since it hosted the titles in 2009-10.

Tallangatta's Steve Wood, North Albury's Greg Daniel and St Patrick's Luke Restall all represented Victoria Country, including the match where a teenaged D'Arcy Short blasted an unbeaten 107 for Northern Territory.
NSW and Victoria will meet in two matches, with the first on Sunday.
The final in both competitions are on January 11.
"To have four players from the association is an enormous wrap for CAW," chairman Michael Erdeljac said.
