The next mention of Crystal Lamont's case will be in Albury Local Court on March 3.
"It will be for a committal (for trial) or plea," defence lawyer Mark Cronin said.

Mr Cronin said Lamont would not be making an application for bail, so this was formally refused by magistrate Richard Funston
Lamont is facing dozens of charges, though any eventual appearance before the District Court will be on three charges of supplying a prohibited drug greater than the indictable quantity but at less than a commercial quantity.
The 37-year-old's case went before the court this week, though Lamont did not appear.
Mr Funston was told that the prosecution had only just filed charge certification that morning, which Lamont had been informed of in custody.
It's alleged the pair took part in the supply of 112 grams of ice in Howlong on July 3.
It is alleged Lamond was found with 22 ecstasy tablets, two ounces of cannabis, 26 grams of ice and two tasers during her arrest at the Clarke Street home on August 15.
She was charged the following day.
