A freight train has collided with a VLine train at Barnawartha, with early reports that no one has been seriously injured.

The VLine train was reportedly carrying 17 passengers and three staff while it is not clear how many people are on the freight train.
All passengers are believed to have been safely evacuated from the train.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed paramedics attended the incident, which happened about 5.45pm, and assessed 19 patients.
None were injured.
The incident has sparked a grass fire at the Hume Freeway, between Chiltern and Barnawartha, that is yet to be brought under control with 10 trucks on the scene.
The CFA has warned motorists to keep the roads clear so emergency services can respond.
The Hume Freeway is closed northbound near Barnawartha
Motorists are asked to follow the direction of emergency services and detour via Chiltern-Howlong Road and the Murray Valley Highway.
