The Saints will take on Lockhart in the first grade match with Bradford having strong ties with both clubs.
Bradford is a life member of Burrumbuttock.
"'Bradles' has been a big part of both clubs so we thought it would be good idea to organise a fun day," Williams said.
"We're keen to see as many players, officials and sponsors as possible at Burrumbuttock."
Brock-Burrum's under-13s will kick off the day against Osborne at 8.30am, followed by team photos and a barbecue lunch.
The senior match will follow at 1pm with childrens' activities planned throughout the day.
Brock-Burrum's B-grade will play Walbundrie at Brocklesby with players to return to Burrumbuttock after the match to join in the festivities.
Meanwhile, Walbundrie will host TRYC on Saturday with both clubs desperate for the points.
The Tigers have dropped to sixth spot and can't afford another slip up.
