McDougall, still on a high after landing his first group winner at Hobart on Sunday was once again in red-hot form.
The talented hoop boasts an imposing record when combining with the powerful Team Hayes stable.
McDougall landed a winning double and also a minor placing from three rides for the stable.
Dalaalaat started a prohibitive $1.24-favourite in the $22,000 3YO & Up Maiden, (1000m) and justified the short quote with a comfortable three-length victory.
Stablemate Maderia Bay started a $5 second favourite when winning the $22,000 Maiden Plate, (1600m) by almost three-lengths.
Loy also landed a double aboard Hot 'n' Hazy and Footmark.
Footmark is trained at Albury by Jodie Bohr.
