Twin City Wanderers' FFA Cup campaign is over for another year following a 4-2 loss to Macedon Blues United at Melbourne's Park Avenue Reserve on Saturday.

The AWFA outfit was 3-0 down at half-time, but bounced back in the second half through goals to Jayson Ferguson and Gethin Cattle.
"We tried some things to see what would work and what wouldn't. For us, the hit-out was about that," Ferguson said.
ALSO IN SPORT:
"Of course we tried to win, but we wanted to experiment with some position changes too.
"The likes of Tyson Mason, Cody Walsh and Matt Follows really controlled the game as best as they could and gave the younger guys some confidence in how they played."
A number of AWFA clubs are set to use the Andronicos and Iannotta Cups at Jelbart Park on March 1 as final preparation for the 2020 season.
