Batsmen Josh Warren, Ben Curphey, Sean Taylor and Josh Bartel chased down Yackandandah's total of 133 in Kiewa, with Aaron Morrison aiding the victors with four wickets.
Yackandandah were without the support of solid contributors Cooper Garoni, Bailey Glass and Cam Evans in the clash.
The win sees Kiewa hang on to sixth spot on the ladder to just edge out Howlong, who were defeated by Corowa on Saturday.

Kiewa will now tackle Yackandandah again next weekend.
Coach Ben Curphey said it was a good feeling to keep their season alive.
"To bowl them out for around 130 was a really pleasing effort," Curphey said.
"We bowled and fielded really well and defended the ground well, which is tough to do at Kiewa.
"They (Yack) were missing a few blokes, so they will be a different looking side next week when we play them again.
"To beat them twice this year is obviously going to fill us with a bit of confidence."
Jay Hillary made 36 runs for the visitors.
Yackandandah, Dederang, Mt Beauty, Corowa and Eskdale join Kiewa in finals, which get underway next weekend.
