The teams will clash in one under-16 and two under-18 matches with talent manager Mick Wilson saying it would be the final chance for youngsters to impress.
Myrtleford's Declan Bren and Albury's Daniel Turner were among the players to shine on Saturday when the Bushrangers played the Giants Academy.
Lavington premiership player Clayton Marsh suffered a knee injury with officials hopeful he escaped with minimal damage.
The Bushrangers and Giants locked horns in two under-16 and 18 matches at Wodonga Secondary College.
"They were good hit-outs," Wilson said.
"It's been a good pre-season and everyone is working hard."
The Murray Bushrangers under-16 and 18 squads are expected to be released late next week.
