Mooroolbark, Rowville Eagles and Melton Phoenix will bring senior sides, the latter will have its reserves make the trip, while an under-16 squad from FC Birrarung is also involved.
The tournament coincides with the Savoys' silver circle fundraiser - a 300 club draw with $3500 as the top prize.
ALSO IN SPORT:
"With all the bushfires, it didn't seem right to go to our usual sponsors because businesses have been shut down for a good month or two," Myrtleford president Matt Park said.
"We thought about how we could raise a bit more money ourselves this year and decided we'd invite some teams down.
"They should stay the night and put a bit of money in town and hopefully stay back and help us with our fundraiser to help everyone out.
"The only contact I had was Mooroolbark and it worked out they wanted to come out that weekend, but all the others came after we put a few posts on Facebook and explained the situation."
A number of former Myrtleford players will dust off the boots for an over-35s seven-a-side match.
Games start at 12pm at Savoy Park.
