Chasing 8-137, the Tigers dug themselves out of trouble on several occasions before No.10 batsman Ben Lewington brought up the winning runs with one wicket in hand.
"It was a crazy old game," Osborne's Darren Howard said.
"Chasing low scores often causes problems.
"We were lucky to get there in the end."
TRYC looked like posting a much bigger score at 2-72 at drinks before the wickets of Todd Hannam (62) and Aiden Ridley (10) turned the match.
Young Osborne opener Joe Perryman led the way in the chase with 43, with Ryan Collins (19) and Jimmy Kennedy (20) coming together late to give the home team some momentum.
"I was happy to keep them to 137 at Osborne but we made a bit of a meal of the run chase," Howard said.
