Neagle was in everything as a midfielder-forward before being rested late while Connor Newnham provided a focal point with six majors.
Jye Shields worked himself nicely into the game, Jake Bradshaw and Lachie Flagg were prominent across half-back and Tim Haines stood firm in defence.
Alex Daly and Hopper forward Josh Lloyd had an absorbing battle.
The Raiders lost Connor Taylor with a broken collarbone with the youngster undergoing surgery on Sunday.
North Albury ruckman Isaac Muller led the Hoppers strongly, with Callum Pattison, Jack Cullen and Jacob Smith also impressing.

Meanwhile, Yarrawonga young guns Jordan Urquhart and Isaac McMillan were among the Pigeons' best players in their clash against Norwood at J.C. Lowe Oval on Saturday.
Urquhart followed up his best afield performance in last year's reserve grade grand final against Albury with a strong showing across half-back while McMillan won plenty of possessions in defence and through the midfield.
McMillan shapes as a valuable inclusion after breaking his collarbone early last season.
Promising Max Hemphill was another to shine while boom recruit Willie Wheeler showed his undisputed class.
Leigh Masters will debut in Saturday's clash against Therry Penola.
