Award-winning chef Michael Ryan, of Provenance, has announced the chefs series, Swings & Roundabouts, at Beechworth during April and May.
Chefs will donate their time to a bushfire recovery series of lunches, dinners and masterclasses, launching with Attica's Ben Shewry at Provenance on April 17.
The events will run at Provenance, Old Beechworth Gaol and Beechworth Honey Experience.
They will showcase Beechworth and Alpine Valleys wines, Bridge Road Brewers beers and Reed & Co gin.
The series is the brainchild of Ryan and Stone Tryst owner Peter Bartholomew.
Chefs include JP Twomey (Carlton Wine Room), Dave Verhuel (Embla), Khanh Nguyen (Sunda) Tom Sarafian (Bar Saracen), Matt Stone (Oakridge), Nick Stanton (Leonard's House of Love), Pete Gunn (Ides), Zac Furst (Bar Liberty), Frank Camorra (MoVida), Victor Liong (Lee Ho Fook), Thi Le (Anchovy), Emma McCaskill, (Sparkke at the Whitmore) and Lauren Eldridge (Stokehouse Group).
The series runs April 17 until May 25.
